Connect up to 18 Lines with one Power Supply (for bigger layouts get an Add-on Power Supply from the Nanoleaf Shop). Please note, this is only an add-on Expansion Pack, requires Lines Smarter Kit to work.

Purchasing is fine. Support to replace anything is totally lacking.

I like the products. If you have any problem like my single defective line, Don’t expect anyone to pay attention and sit back; it will be 1-2 months for them to correct any problem, even the ones of their creation like my ONE DEFECTIVE LINE amongst all the nanoleaf products I own. I am 99% convinced neither Martha nor Arnel Cuaderno actually exist. They are most likely AI.

Three out of six lines broken

Got two packs, one works, the other doesnt. 50% failure rate should be unacceptable for any product.

Defective Items with no support

Received a defective line segment. Contacted support and after an initial connection, it’s been weeks without any further response or attempt to correct,

No invoice and bad service

After a few days after I placed my order, I finally got the package.

After more days had passed, I received a shipping confirmation by e-mail even though the package had been delivered for a long time. Unfortunately, I have not received an invoice for my purchase to date.
