The Nanoleaf Shop USA offers $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping to the 48 contiguous states, and $19.99 Flat Rate Shipping to AK/HI and US Territories. No discount code or coupon is necessary, simply add items to your cart and check out.
Your order can be tracked by logging in to your account or clicking the 'Track Order' link in your shipment notification email. A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $100. This prevents couriers from leaving your order unattended on a porch or other insecure environment. If you're not going to be home and wish to assume the risk of an unattended parcel, you can pre-sign on the Fedex or UPS website; or have your order held at a pickup point. You can also choose to purchase optional shipping protection from Route during checkout, which covers loss, damage, and theft.
Please allow 5-10 business days for arrival. Note that any free shipping offers advertised only apply to the continental USA.
SHIPS SAME DAY
If you place an order before 3pm eastern time on a business day (M-F), all in-stock items will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm eastern time, on a weekend, or a holiday in New York state will ship before 10am the following business day.
