Still waiting for it to work

I am sitting on over $1k in 44 triangle shapes, trying to get them to work. Customer support will only email - there is no one to talk to. Currently awaiting delivery of a new controller that is supposed to fix all my issues. Its taken weeks to get to this point, shapes still bot working, support only replies back during US sleeping hours, very frustrating.

Hello Karolyn, We are genuinely sorry for what's happening here. Getting the replacement for any defective part of your Nanoleaf should be no problem. This is the last thing we want to have our customer experience, and we understand where you're coming from. Lacking Customer Service

Very poor customer service. Almost a month after I placed my Christmas order, I still haven't received my order. Please issue a refund as per my email.
