I placed an order on Black Friday and received the package a few days later. Only after delivery was the tracking sent to me, no big deal, it happens. However, the contents of said package were not at all correct, as in it appeared that some one repackaged up a different/older product and returned it, missing several key features. Again, no big deal, stuff happens. However, the customer support is been abysmal. I reached out to get the issue corrected shortly after I figured out what happened. Corresponded for a few days and then silence, with no resolution. Ok, whatever, stuff happens. I send in another ticket, several weeks later, and it felt like things were going in the right direction. Until, silence. It’s now by damn near a month, with the wrong product, and two email chains KIA with support. So I try another method, let’s try chat. Get a live person on the line, awesome, things feel like they are progressing towards a resolution. The warehouse team is “looking into how such an error was made.” Fine, whatever, let’s get it figured out. As of writing this review, I have sent four emails in a 10 day period, looking for any kind of update, as none has arrived. Mind you, it’s not like it’s a different product that I could use, what I received is incompatible with Nanoleaf, is missing the power supply, and any additional, essential hardware. It’s not even a Nanoleaf product, says support. We are now in January, and I’m still stuck holding a box of useless parts and have had 4 (FOUR!) different support tickets go dark on me. Honestly, if you’re dead set on buying their stuff, buy the shit from Amazon, at least their return policy is easy to do. I’ll never be purchasing anything from Nanoleaf again, the customer support has been atrocious.

I love that they're wifi, and with the smarter kit of 7 giving you the full working kit at the discounted price is an amazing steal. These work perfectly to light up my bedroom alone, especially my gloss finished desk they really add to it, and they paired pretty easily with my 3rd party software that allowed me to sync them with my other light devices, setup was also very easy definitely worth the purchase and I'm buying more
I love these light panels! I previously used to have the triangles but I love the hexagon shape so much more. They’re so fun and easy to use, I’m giving it 4/5 stars instead of a full five is it won’t continuously play the same light pattern and will start to shuffle through my saved ones. haven’t been able to figure out how to adjust the setting to it doesn’t do that
