Done everything I can think of to get lines connected to an app to control them. I’ve checked all my router settings, put Wi-Fi on 2.4GHz, cycled power, reinstalled the Nanoleaf app. No matter what I do I can’t get my lines to connect. I have Nanoleaf lightbulbs that connected first time without issue, these are just a bad user experience. They look really nice, just wish I could select the colors to match the rest of my RGB setup.

Its a good thing you've tried to reset already, and Nanoleaf also operates in 2.4Ghz. Will there be any way we can contact you so we can follow through some other troubleshooting steps to get this resolved?
It function more than I expected. Millions of themes on the app able to download, it makes the hardware won't out-of- date. It designed with heart and details.
Wow, the lines are a lot more vibrant than I thought they would be, and they snap together so easily. A great addition to my home and to the nanoleaf collection :)
Honestly I haven't even put mine up on the wall yet because I keep finding cool designs to test out. They have a fun app that you can virtually manipulate but I have been enjoying the tactile feel of trying them out first person. Bought 3 sets will probably buy more lol
