Matter issues

Lights work great with Sense+ and the app; however, Thread and Matter support is poor. The uptime is that the Apple Home app is 66% at best, but after a week, it disconnects from Matter and relies on the app and switch..

had to retry multiple times updating the firmware through the app but eventually got it to work

A19 Lightbulbs

Hoping these lightbulbs work as purchased for a gift, boxes containing the light bulbs (4 to a pack, ordered 2 packs) looked like were already damaged when put into shipping crate as my second item packed in same box were not damaged at all by shipping. Very disappointed you would send bulbs in damaged boxes as a Christmas gift, thankfully just for my son!!

Horrible Customer Experience

Received only “half of my order” (was never told it was a split order). My other half of my order is lost and now I have to wait and provide proof, that I only received half of my order. Never again guys, just order your Nanoleaf products through the Apple Store ! Trust me

Connectivity & Refund

No response on refund request and the A19 bulbs wouldn’t connect or automate reliably despite having good WiFI/Thread signal coverage (WiFI and Thread routers and WiFi extenders in close proximity to the bulbs).
