I placed my order on March 9th. One of the items was out of stock, and the support team couldn't provide an ETA on when it would become available. Neither did they offer any resolution. I had to wait until June 22nd for them to restock and ship it on Jul 10th. They apologized, but it took more than four months to fulfill my order.

P.S. I had to give 5 stars review because 1/2/3/4 stars leads to "We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found."

Product is what I would expect from Nanoleaf. Fit great as an extension to add as under desk lighting. I just wish the shipping updates worked properly. Whenever I buy something from Nanoleaf, the shipping label just shows as in processing for a week or so and shows up without updating. Sure I get the product, but having an idea of what’s going on is kind of the modern day expectation

Works good and responds faster

I love the light quality and output level of these strips, but the connectors on the end are average quality at best. If you have to modify the length of a strip, be prepared to have a soldering nightmare to get the end connector back on the cut end.
