I loved how easy these are to install with the template. Love that the wires are hidden under the track. Disappointed with connection to HomeKit and even official app. HomeKit through matter works on a rare occasion. Usually they have no response. The app by Nanoleaf is good but frustrating that I need to connect to the 2.4 ghz wifi every time to use. By default the phone connects to my 5ghz wifi. I have eufy products that connect to the 2.4ghz but I can still use the app when the phone is connected to 5ghz connection. These would be perfect otherwise.

My order came quickly, installation was pretty straightforward and everything is working as expected. The lights look great and were attracting a lot of attention having them on during Halloween. While the kids were getting their candy, the parents were all admiring and asking about them. They aren't without their flaws. They drop WiFi coverage occassionally, causing me to have to unplug them to get them to reconnect. They advertise that each puck is "individually addressable" but that doesn't mean by the purchaser. The wording I feel is misleading. But overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and hope that continues.

I was really excited to get something that would last outside year round. We have had to continually replace the shingle clips on normal lights and have them fail after a couple of months in the PWN weather. These lights definitely take some time to install properly but they look amazing and should be the last time I need to be out in the fall weather trying to hang lights!

I am unable to give a review of the outdoor lights themselves because they haven't worked since day one. It's been over 3 weeks and customer service just keeps telling us to do the troubleshooting listed on the website. We have 2 bad strings and can't get anyone to just send replacements!

Installed 98ft kit with 1 extension and they look fantastic, I wanted something with trim and these delivered!
