After being installed for 2 weeks the last 4 lights on a strand will not work. Noe of the trouble shooting guides helped solve the problem. Reported issue to customer support weeks ago and still have not received a response. Maybe will get a response by posting comments on the other forms of social media.

So disappointed with Nanoleaf.
1) Scenes will not run in Homekit. They only turn the lights on to the previous setting.
2) I have to quit the Nanoleaf app and then re-open to be able to change scenes in the Nanoleaf app.
3) I like Nanoleaf mounting hardware but I'd rather have a set of lights that can work with my home automations.

Followed instructions and plugged them all in. They worked fine until I started attaching them. Only the first set of lights work and NanoLeaf support is the worst I've ever experienced. 2 weeks after I reached out someone finally replied to tell me to email someone else. No phone contact for the United States. I did get a return label finally and I'll update if they ever give me a refund.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the Nanoleaf permanent outdoor lights! The installation and setup process was straightforward, with clear instructions and everything you need to get started included in the box. One of my favorite features is the professional look provided by the conduit between each light—it neatly hides the cords, giving the setup a sleek and polished appearance.

The lights themselves are vibrant and customizable, making it easy to match any occasion or mood. My only frustration is that the extension kit is currently out of stock, as I’d love to expand the system further. Overall, a fantastic product that elevates outdoor lighting to a whole new level!

I ordered the lights November 27. It is now December 20 and I still have not received them. There’s no phone number to call just email and their customer service sucks. Will not recommend to anyone only because of the poor customer service.
