This is my 3rd Controller. Controller #1 stopped working properly after a firmware update earlier this year (2023). After reporting the issue to support, they sent a replacement, which was awesome. Until I did the same firmware update (which I *assumed* would have fixed any previous problems. Controller #2 stopped working properly.
When I reported THAT issue, I stopped hearing back from the Support Team (you guys suck).
Controller #3 is currently working after several weeks, however, I DO NOT TRUST these guys with their firmware/software updates. Lastly, I'm NOT taking a chance and will not perform any firmware updates. 3 stars for the initial quality, support and assistance. No 5 stars because you made me pay for a 2nd replacement and stopped responding.
