I will admit at first, I was very hesitant about the lines. I wasn't really sure I liked the design/look of them, but my husband wanted to try them out. Originally, he was looking at using them for going above our drop-down crown Moulding, but they didn't sit like he wanted in that space, so instead we decided to move them next to our block display and start moving our design from the wall and onto the ceiling. Installation of these were very easy. The hardest part was deciding on a design! We forgot to add in the flex connectors when we made our order so we havent been able to see the full design lit up yet, but of the ones I was able to get where i wanted and connected.... I am pleased to say I actually really like them. Much more than I thought it would. It adds new dimension and design into our overall look. Again, I wish we could add pictures to really showcase the products and what they've done for our space. I have no Con's for these sets. They were simply snap, place and go. I do wish there were some extra mounting tapes included, or covers as I did manage to snap the prongs on one of the covers and in order to get the design I was looking for I had to peel them off the ceiling and move them. That being said the mounting tape was great it took a lot of careful removing to pull them down, so I have no fears of them falling off on our heads. The app again is easy to navigate and set, easy to sync with our other nano products. We haven't yet completed our final design, but are well on our way, and can say we are glad we went the Nanoleaf way!
If I could give this company negative stars I would. Spending money with them is risking getting the wrong product and no help to replace it. Or even worse, no product at all and being told it’s out of their hands. Do not buy from them. It took me over 3months to get a refund and it only happened because I was smart enough to start a dispute with my bank immediately while they purposely wasted time on replying back to me. You only have so long to open a dispute. If you do buy from them and have an issue, do not count on them to help you out. Take things into your own hands and file a dispute with your bank or you’re likely to lose your money. Easily the worst customer service you will ever deal with

I got the order but never got my second order of 4D & 4 pack of lamps. And they charged me for that order , and at first never got the discount code for my first order via email. And have kept trying to talk with support.
Super easy set up and looks great no regrets
Recently purchased. At the beginning, the lines were terrible to pair, but I had been able to pair them after some struggle. Recently I upgraded my phone and with this had to pair again. since then, I have been unsuccessful in pairing so I have no way of controlling the lights. Overall not satisfied probably wouldn’t buy again because of the difficulty that comes with pairing.
