I absolutely love how this light strip works and the level of immersion it adds to media. I’ve used it while watching films, binge watching shows, and while gaming and it is incredible.

Since installing this product I've only gotten less than 48 hours of usable time out of it before it stopped working. Since then I've been going back and forth with support. I purchased these specifically to go with a show I was watching and I've finished watching the show before I even got to enjoy it with the lights. I'm extremely dissapointed and may not purchase a nanoleaf product again in the future.

Besides for the lights not working, the adhesive is extremely poor. It didn't stay stuck to my tv for more than a couple days before it started to fall off. Overall my worst experience with Nanoleaf.

I love this thing and so far it works great! Easy set up, I typically use HomeKit and go. Make sure you read reviews about instillation, take your time and really think about how it should go. I got the 65’ and it made a perfect rectangle 3 inches in from the outside edge. No need to cut any off or leave a gap, you can get it perfect. You have one try to get it right or else it won’t stick again. I watched some YouTube videos (lots of great info on there) and the help of my husband, who is less tech savvy. I only give 4 stars cause the adhesive backing they use for their light strip is subpar which is a bummer, I do expect better from nanoleaf. Make sure to FULLY clean the back of your tv beforehand, use alcohol and make it perfectly clean before you adhere. I use it for cinema mode only so far and love it. Calibration was easy for me, watch their video. I’d suggest using the curved wedges, as it helps the strip stick and kind of angles out the light from the corners and actually adds more light coverage! I use it with 2 apple HomePods (not mini) for sound. When I watch a show it sounds great and now with light changing and flowing with the movie or game (I have an Xbox) in the background it feels even more submersive and high end all around. I could never go back and want one for each TV now. I love the control device it comes with, and can’t wait to have a party and use the music mode! Overall very satisfied. Although eventually when the light strip becomes loose and starts to loose its stickiness, I’ll expect nanoleaf to correct that. We’ll see and I’ll update!

I’ve had them installed since late December & all I can say is how unbelievable the 4D mirror lights are. The colors are so rich, deep, bright & beyond saturated! I’m very impressed. I use it for movies and video games. Especially for fast-Paced action movies. The experience I now have is entirely different! When I have the 4D lights off it really makes the movie dull and lifeless. I have it connected to my Apple HomeKit app as well and seems to be working just fine. All in all, I’m more than impressed with this product. *Pro tip-Just spend some extra time adjusting the camera and don’t rush it, be perfect and meticulous.
