I ordered a Nanoleaf expansion kit on 11/26/23 and still haven’t received it. I’ve been in email contact with support up until early Dec and now feel like I am being ghosted. Tracking info says a label was created later Nov and they are still waiting to receive the package from the sender. It’s been almost a month and no order, no refund, and now customer service isn’t responding to my inquiries. Very unsatisfied. But the Nanoleaf from an Apple Store or Best Buy instead of from their website as the customer service is very slow to respond and they will lose your order with no resolution.
