I had an issue with my Nanoleaf shapes and the customer service chat feature was great. Not only did it not take forever to complete the chat (Nanoleaf was very responsive) they helped me troubleshoot. Once the issue was confirmed as a faulty device, they immediately offered a replacement controller. It’s great when a company stands behind their product, even though I was an outside my warranty window.
It took 10 months for the piece to arrive, and that didn’t fix the problem of the lights not working.
Still did not improve function after trying unused panels. Light stuck green. One came on for a minute out of a set of 3 but stopped.
Do not buy these products, way over priced and dealing with the company is a complete nightmare. I’m going on 4 months fighting with them. Complete waste of time and money.

I've had 2 warranty issues. While the process for getting the issue resolved wasn't that difficult, the process of actually receiving the item is. Rather than reserving warranty stock, Nanoleaf just uses it's product store for replacement. So if it's out of stock on the store, you will be waiting until it's back in stock. The first case I had took 5 weeks to ship and the 2nd was 6 weeks.
