My controller wasn’t working in 4 day it was fixed for free and the lights are so nice and work great with Alexa
We have two sets of these lights. Both controllers are faulty. We were approved for a warranty replacement a month ago. Status still shows as “order placed” but has not shipped. We got rid of our other lighting sources in our living room when we got these lights so we just sit in the dark now. Reached out again to support, but no response.
Fantastic delivery, works like a charm.
Controller dies and they send you video links that has nothing to do with it. They know it's a dead controller but don't seem to care.

Having the same issues everyone else has had. My controller no longer responds to touch, so now I can’t do any sort of reset. Got 13 useless panels on my wall now and the controller seems to always be sold on? Might be time for me to move on to other ambient lighting options.
