The controller I received out of the box was faulty. Somehow it managed to soldier on, but it died after I tried changing some stuff. The first replacement was also faulty, it simply died after a few month. So far I'm on my waiting on my third controller .

My controller wasn’t working in 4 day it was fixed for free and the lights are so nice and work great with Alexa
We have two sets of these lights. Both controllers are faulty. We were approved for a warranty replacement a month ago. Status still shows as “order placed” but has not shipped. We got rid of our other lighting sources in our living room when we got these lights so we just sit in the dark now. Reached out again to support, but no response.
