I am sitting on over $1k in 44 triangle shapes, trying to get them to work. Customer support will only email - there is no one to talk to. Currently awaiting delivery of a new controller that is supposed to fix all my issues. Its taken weeks to get to this point, shapes still bot working, support only replies back during US sleeping hours, very frustrating.
