Life saver

It’s not always the case that buying something from a manufacturer’s website is actually the cheapest and/or fastest way to purchase something, but Nanoleaf managed to beat out Amazon and eBay in both cases, by quite a big margin. I was seeing listings for a single linker for $13, not including shipping. On the Nanoleaf page, $9.99 for NINE of them! I’m so happy with the purchase, I would definitely recommend buying here before looking anywhere else(as it should be!)

I finally got to put a cool arrangement together

Purchased an extra pack of rigid linkers about a month ago to connect starter pack hexagons (7) to the expansion pack (3), not enough linkers in those packages to form anything but a straight line. Still haven’t received the rigid linkers, my package seems to have been lost between UPS and USPS. Nanoleaf was made aware of this issue over 2 weeks ago and has not shown much initiative in trying to get it resolved - no offer to refund me, or send out a replacement pack of linkers. A shame, because our unfinished hexagons work great but would be a lot better if we could use the expansion pack (which isn’t possible until we get those extra linkers)

Made it easy to get a replacement for the recall batch of controllers.
