Controllers go bad so quickly

I'm ordering my 3rd controller. They seem to last for 6 months to a year and then fail at my house. I'm pretty disappointed with this product's reliability, but my daughter likes it when it is working. Ugh.

When I decided to request that the defective controller for one of my Nanoleaf Shapes be replaced, I was expecting it to be a long and difficult process. I was very pleasantly surprised to have a simple streamlined experience. There were pretty long delays for responses on the chat. If I was in more of a hurry I probably would have been frustrated, but it wasn't an issue for me.

Very quick to assess issue and offer and ultimately fulfill the order. Very impressed.
