Terrible, was told to purchase the replacement controller to fix a problem I’ve been emailing support back and forth for over 2 months with no success and it didn’t even fix the problem. Customer service is delayed and refuses to do a phone call probably because how backed up they are with other complaints and issues with their software. Overall I can no longer recommend any Nanoleaf products

I didnt make a purchase, it was a replacement part under warranty.
Having said that, it was a pleasant experience, staff was very quick to respond and no bullshit in processing replacement once issue was identified.
