There is a lot I like about shapes lights. Unfortunately it gets overshadowed by the issues and expenses in time mostly and money. They require to much upkeep. In both hardware and software.
It seems every company is so busy trying to cement people into their ecosystem that they spend little time with what people really care about.
Remove the friction. Make great products first make them amazing to use.
Everything about this product is Jinky! Which means I can’t recommend it to any of my family friends.

After 25+ emails to support, countless hours of wasted time, energy, and lost sleep, they honored their “warranty” and sent me a replacement controller for my defective device. This should have been handled within the first couple weeks, not months later, but at least it works now. I hope everyone else who has been stiffed sees that there is hope!

Had issues with my previous Nanoleaf controller after it stopped working but I received the new one and got back up and running again with no issues.

The initial controller I received would constantly lose Bluetooth connection. After a few months going back and fourth with customer service doing the same troubleshooting that was suggested online they finally sent me a free replacement controller and so far it has not lost connection once. Apparently many of the controllers made in 2020/21 had this same issue, kind of ridiculous I had to jump through so many hoops just to fix something that is known to be a problem. But it finally works again so I am happy, frustrated, but happy.

Connected very easy to my panels and I have had no problems thank you Nanoleafs
