Slow to respond. Gave the excuse that the ticket was assigned to someone new 3 different times with the same apology verbatim. Sent the wrong replacement parts. Process has taken months. Avoid this company.

I've been a fan of Nanoleaf Aurora, Canvas, Shapes, and Lines. They're great to set a vibe in whatever theme or season you want.

I purchased one to complete a setup that fell one short and I'm not sure it could have arrived any faster. It arrived in less than 24 hours.
