never came and havent refunded me

horrible experience package never came and they said it did. most common scam companies do, I have requested many times for a refund and just get left on delivered dont buy this might happen to you

Won’t connect to the Nanoleaf or Home apps

Done everything I can think of to get lines connected to an app to control them. I’ve checked all my router settings, put Wi-Fi on 2.4GHz, cycled power, reinstalled the Nanoleaf app. No matter what I do I can’t get my lines to connect. I have Nanoleaf lightbulbs that connected first time without issue, these are just a bad user experience. They look really nice, just wish I could select the colors to match the rest of my RGB setup.

Its a good thing you've tried to reset already, and Nanoleaf also operates in 2.4Ghz.
