Poor e-commerce implementation and nonexistent customer support

It takes a week for customer support to respond to anything and the e-commerce system ships items to wrong addresses without any way to correct. They have tricky upsell flows that with a single misclick you will have products shipped to a random address. Do not order anything from this company directly.

Better than i expected

I was hesitant to buy the Lines lights originally. But the 50% off on the limited edition faze edition black lights was hard to resist. I wish that the included remote and the charger was also black. Now i have to choose between all black aesthetics vs the full featured remote (Ofcourse i chose aesthetics)
