It is so easy to install the Nanoleaf Smart bulbs on my Matter network, and it allows me to simply and easily be creative. I never thought I’d be someone to adjust colors on a daily basis, but with these bulbs, I let my mood guide me and have my rooms feature colors depending on my mood/whim. I only wish they were cheaper so my whole house could be my palate!

Customer service team is inexperienced or doesn't care. It has taken almost a month to execute a return with slow responses and cancelled return labels. They have made it exceptionally difficult to execute a simple return. Buyer beware.
Returning because the setup was very difficult and the response was finicky - they are the only thread devices I've had trouble with.
I concur with the below reviews about the shoty app.

I can’t tell you about their app because I’ve never used it, but the bulbs work great in my Apple ecosystem. I skipped their app and just added them as accessories to Home. I had some issues with the bulbs losing connectivity, but after I updated my 2g settings on my router, I haven’t had an issue since.

I like that I can automate these and that they just work in the background without me having to be involved or tinker. If tech survives at my house, it has to be the kind of thing that I can set and forget. This fits the bill!

Great app

These are great bulbs, just like my older nano leaf bulbs. Glad that matter is now part of the bulbs!
