I’ve gotten emails asking to review the product that hasn’t actually been delivered. UPS says they’re waiting for the package information. All they have is a label. But Nanoleaf shows it as shipped.
Bought 8 bulbs from the Apple Store, one of the bulbs would dim randomly all the time. It would flicker and dim and not function properly. Contacted customer service, several weeks went by and didn’t hear a response so eventually contacted them again. Over a month later I finally received a replacement bulb. This one is worse than the original. Would not buy another bulb.
I have several Nanoleaf bulbs and light strips in my house. I love the convenience and the flexibility they provide. When I ran into an issue with one bulb, the Nanoleaf support was friendly and helpful and they quickly resolved my issue.
