I had a failure in one of my lights and Nanoleaf replaced it no problem. They made the process easy and fast. Big relief and confident in the product even more.
The price is great and these are HomeKit-centric so I quite like them. The only problem is, even with multiple HomePod minis as hubs, as well as an Apple TV, these often show “no response” in the Home app and there’s no way to bring them back online other than wait, and sometimes it takes days. Not sure if this is a Nanoleaf problem, or an Apple Thread problem, but this issue makes these less reliable than my Hue bulbs.
I purchased 5 of these lights and now have them set up in three rooms. Firmware update went smoothly in the app and the lights jumped onto my thread network with no issues. Love the colors and the brightness of the bulbs. They are working through Apple Homekit perfectly. I already have a few more on the way and will have to give the lightstrips a chance next!
The light strips and bulbs are great. I love how you can program scenes and have each unit act independently. My only complaint is that they don’t all change colors at the same time and sometimes produce a noise. They also tend to flicker at a high frequency when the the dimmer on my light switch is at maximum. To get rid of the noise and flickering, I have to adjust the dimmer on my light switch and bring it down which doesn’t allow me to use it at full power. However, this only happens when I’m using warm and cold light, not colors.

I’m audition to the Elements wall light panels, I picked up a couple of these and I love having lights that can be adjusted to any color I wants and programmed with automations for different times of day. I plan to switch out most of my lightbulbs with these.
