My device is faulty. I’ve been on a smell thread for weeks with scarce responses. None of the troubleshooting has worked and I’ve spent hours trying to get the device to work. After 2+ weeks of emailing back and forth you finally sent me a new controller. At that point my case was closed before I was able to confirm the new controller actually solved the problem. The new controller did nothing the entire device is actually broken…. I’ve asked for a refund and or exchange neither have been granted and I’m basically just Shit out of luck. I am actively discrediting this product to all my friends, it’s been so terrible to not be able to call on the phone with customer service. Email is a terrible way to manage customer inquiries, especially when the responses on your team are not quick and can take multiple business days. I can say with a high level of confidence I will never spend another dollar with Nanoleaf. I’m really disappointed too because I was so excited about this purchase and think the product looks amazing when it works…
I was trying to find a case number to share with you but also a huge miss on your part, I don’t have one…
It didn’t work at the end so I renturned all 13 panels plus both contrôler for you to investigate.
So! This was actually an ordered placed by support to fix an issue with my Nanoleaf product... If I could give more stars I would, this was the fasted and easiest service I did not initially expect. Thank you for the quick turnaround.
