I showed evidence of a package being delivered with the same tracking and shipping number that was not a Nanoleaf product and was fertilizer. They will not correct the issue and send me my product I ordered. I will move to dispute the charge if support is unwilling to recognize their error.
Not happy that I purchased a Nanoleaf Canvas and the control square died after such a short time. I purchase 2 control squares just in case it dies again. I have the Nanoleaf Aurora as well. It's older and it's working perfectly fine. No issues. May the failure was engineered. Go figure :)

The two times I had to go through customer support for my Canvas panel the Nanoleaf team helped me with ease. Will always recommend their products as the customer service is absolutely amazing.
Wrote then about an issue they decided to send me a replacement part and it arrived in 2 or 3 days and now all is well again. THANK YOU!
