Nanoleaf has great support, e-mailed them and received a response very quickly. They were able to resolve the issue that day!
Support was initially prompt and got my replacement ready to go quickly. They have since stopped responding to me. They sent my replacement control square to the wrong address and have not responded to my emails requesting a new replacement be sent to the correct address. I love Nanoleaf products, their support is generally excellent, but this interaction has left me with half a wall of useless canvas squares.
Customer service was fast at responding and helping get me a new tile to get my lights up and working.
I keep having random error messages when adding it. Either device not found or already exists. I tried hard resets many times but no help.
Was very frustrated by my control unit not connection to my wifi or the app. Talked through all the steps with a lovely individual, where when nothing worked they sent me out a replacement control unit no charge and everything is working great with that replacement unit.
