Worst customer service experience I’ve had in years

I ordered 2 packs of extension blocks from Nanoleaf directly. I had to try and contact them through email, X, discord and Reddit and the Better Business Borough, before I could talk to someone.( Their phone number for the the North American headquarters doesn’t work). I only received half my order. Eventually someone responded( thanks to the B.B.B). They said they would send the missing products. They are now on back order, going on 21+ days and still don’t have what I ordered. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their products. Don’t ever buy from Nanoleaf directly!
