Never received package - Left 2 customer support messages

I never received my package and when I reported the first time the person who helped me responded that I received the package and then ended the ticket. I reported it a second time and nobody responded to me. I ordered my package and it got sent back to the nanoleaf warehouse. If I track my order it is not where I live but in a whole different state. This was the worst experience I will most likely never order from you guys again. Next time I wanna spend good money on lights I’ll go to Amazon where they respond to me when I need help.

Not Super Sticky

For the price, these are not very sticky and failed to hold well on a wall. Very much regret purchasing them. Not to mention the price with shipping is crazy. Nanoleaf… you need to do better with these.
