Customer service told me purchasing this item would get my lines to work properly, it did not.
It’s my favorite light by far in my home. I found pairing the device to be difficult and if it were easier I would consider buying more.
I received 36 lines and I am satisfied with quality
I haven’t received it And there is no feedback on my communication via email to Nanoleaf Support
Nanoleaf took care of my issue with a replacement. Great customer service
