I asked for help from Nanoleaf support because my lights stopped working properly. After some troubleshooting, I was sent a free remote replacement that fixed everything. Very happy with the speedy and helpful customer service!

Replacement controller
This was a replacement for a faulty controller. So far this one’s working ok, but the troubleshooting in order to replace it seemed endless. Nanoleaf needs to work out a simpler end user experience. Otherwise, I love the lights when they’re working.
