These lights are the perfect addition to my gaming room!

Worked while it lasted, no tech support

Wasted my money on this, the controller died after 9 months and tech support is ignoring me.
Do not buy this! You might be lucky, but longterm you are wasting your money.
3 stars since it worked for a while and looked nice.

Fun and easy to install

We bought these for a friend who loves cyberpunk-type stuff. Within 24 hours he had come up with a rad design and put up his lines. The process was fast and easy (easier even than our Baboleaf shapes was). He (and we!) are very pleased with the purchase.

Horrible Customer Service-Product Never Worked

Nanoleaf Lines Starter Kit on 12/1/23. The product never worked despite all actions taken to resolve the connection issue. Customer support is only available through email. Each email took over a week to receive a response. They sent a replacement part which never resolved the issue. We've been begging for a full refund for over a month now and no reply! Horrible Customer Service. They have a dummy email that responds saying they are swamped with customer service requests which should tell you right there that something is wrong!!!
