Power adapter doesn’t work and I have been trying to get a replacement for a month from support team but they just stopped responding to me.

Easy to setup and work well. Many options in the app. Basic features can be controlled from Home Assistant.
In 2003 I ordered these Nanoleaf Holiday String Lights and have had continual intermittent pairing problems requiring numerous factory resets. Customer service replaced one strand but now in 2024, 2 of the 3 strands can no longer be paired or hold the Wi-Fi connection. I believe the electronics are so poor the lights are simply not dependable.
Nanoleaf’s deep rich colors and Scenes are much nicer than Phillips Hue String lights, but the Phillips are dependable, although costing considerably more and requiring a Hub.
