I love the remote it works great to control my Aurora panels, however, I don't have homekit so a lot of the functionality doesn't apply to me, it would be very cool to roll out with Alexa and the Google Assistant especially since those are used much more around the world. As for the device i do love it, even if i can't use all the bells and whistles.

First off, anytime someone sees one of these remotes glowing around my house (I have 3!) they instantly ask what sort of metaphysical magic I’m conjuring with the device. I briefly explain that the device is a remote for all of my Apple HomeKit enabled devices (not just my Nanoleaf lights) and blow their mind when I use the device to adjust the lights and television accessories. Having 12 options to choose from makes this remote a game-changer for anyone who has many scene settings in their smart home. The remotes respond fast and the slight vibration feedback from the device is a bonus which confirms your choice. In addition to how cool the remote looks, it actually packs more punch in just how useful it can be.
It’s a great concept but like the Nanoleaf lights its best to plan your configuration as opposed to jumping right in especially if you intend to incorporate other HomeKit devices.
You can get pretty creative now Apple has beefed up HomeKit capabilities.
A must have
