Had to purchase just for a new controller

I only bought it becusee my old controller broke and I could not fix it

If only the app was better

I really love it and I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the app failing to connect constantly. Other than that, I’m so happy I was finally able to get one.

Looses connection

I bought 4 of these sets and 1 repeatedly looses connection with the wifi. I tried soft/ hard restart multiple times and relocated the controller to different sets of lights. It’s annoying that I can control all but one wirelessly.

Hello Geoffrey, we are truly sorry for this trouble. We will make sure we help you with this! however, we might have to ask you some questions to troubleshoot. Three can be a number of reasons why it looses connection. but it's a good thing you've tried to reset already, and Nanoleaf also operates in 2.4Ghz. Will there be any way we can contact you so we can follow through some other troubleshooting steps to get this resolved?
