It took months and months for the original order to actually arrive. It felt fair that the warranty replacement part fell into the when order arrived and not when purchased. Thank you.

Replacement didn’t work

Terrible, was told to purchase the replacement controller to fix a problem I’ve been emailing support back and forth for over 2 months with no success and it didn’t even fix the problem. Customer service is delayed and refuses to do a phone call probably because how backed up they are with other complaints and issues with their software. Overall I can no longer recommend any Nanoleaf products
