Love the product. Just want it to work. There hasn’t been a solution to get the device paired despite absurd attempts on my part. So all I can use is the wall controller to operate it with the 2 light pattern options.
21 days of having the product. Started my ticket with support 19 days ago. Issue is still not resolved. I’d be happy to change the star rating once this gets resolved but the wait time between each response is 5-7 days.
I have another nanoleaf product and had no issues with it...
Maybe returning and reordering just makes more sense?
