These lights are expensive, for $200 dollars, so it was nice that they replaced the master control panel for free.. But.. my personal feelings of after dealing with the moderately nice customer service of letting them know my master control panel doesn’t work, and going through the process of them replacing it, was good enough customer relations, i felt that the second time.. wasn’t so good.. They didn’t have the control panel in for quite awhile.. so i had to wait quite a long time for it.. that was ok.. because it was during the heart of covid.. so i can understand that.. but what I’m having a harder time understanding is.. having to constantly nag them to ship the product after it had arrived in stock.. then after doing tht.. and nagging them.. I didn’t feel the customer service was as courteous and nice as they were before.. i had to nag them a bunch of times.. and other annoyances.. hopefully that was all just a fluke.. i still plan to buy from nanoleaf..
