I know a review isn’t the best place for this, but I’ve run out of options. I placed an order for 3 Canvas expansion packs and a 75w power supply. The power supply was not the package. I contacted support and I was told they verified my claim and a power supply would be shipped to me when they were restocked. I saw that that have come back in stock on the website, so I replied to the support email chain noting this and asking if I could get my shipment. I have not heard back for over a week. I messaged again, no reply. It’s very disappointing. I can’t use the expansion packs because I don’t have enough power. Thanks Nanoleaf.
