Still no reply btw

Just going to leave another review as it seems to be the only way I get a response from anyone, I got the confirmation for my order on the 30th of October 2024, still no reply to my support ticket, nothing has been sent and I have no way of even getting refunded at this point as they completely ignore the support tickets, any chance I can get a response sometime in 2025?...

Order never even got sent!

I have placed my order over 40 days ago and got the confirmation email with tracking number etc... now 40 days later it says it still hasn't even been handed to the post service, I sent a ticket in to support to find out what was happening and never even got a reply back, I've ordered a few times from here before without problem but this will for sure be the last time.
