Well since you asked

I was dismayed to open them and find out they were Jo longer compatible with my old light panels. I plugged one in and attempted to group it, but before I installed any software I noticed the luminosity was much lower then my 4 year old light panels. I went online only to find an entire subreddit dedicated to highlighting your poor support. I found that community to be telling the truth when it took over a week and three communications just to get an RMA. I thought I out this all behind me, but then I get an email me asking what I think about nanoleaf and my new products.

Garbage.

STILL WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm sure the product is fine but I wouldn't know because I was sent the wrong items and it has been 3 weeks since I've opened a case with them to fix this and still have no response. They want me to send the wrong items back but I've heard NOTHING since I've emailed them. Amazon would have fixed this on DAY ONE. SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED.
Also their customer service is based out of India it seems so don't expect any direct help or compassion. They should have sent me the correct items and let me keep their mistake.

Love Nanoleaf products, however…

I have plenty of Nanoleaf products love all of them. These triangles however have fallen off the wall three times now. I’m very used to the adhesive product they use, my canvas set in my office for instance has never had an issue (same paint surface).
