nanoleaf 4d acame in brken ive been trying to reach customr support but they are not replying to my emails and i cannot find a phone number

I experienced many smart home devices. Finally decided to “upgrade” to Nanoleaf. Which turns out to be the worst of all. I was shocked. Nanoleaf can’t even perform its basic function - control the products/lights. Even the $10 smart light strip is functional.

To be fair, the physical products are amazing. But if you’re looking to connect it to your phone in any way. Save your money and get Govee lights.

The app is full of issues. I worked in tech and have seen many terrible beta apps that just trying to milk stakeholders’ money. Nanoleaf is on par with them. I am surprised that the App Store would allow this.

I would love to make bullet points about what is wrong with Nanoleaf. But I can only cover so much since there’s a new issue every time I turned on. And they all happened randomly. Here are all the issues I have encountered:

- Unable to connect to Nanoleaf lights
- Unable to connect to Alexa
- Unable to connect to home
- Unhelpful tech support with long wait times and lack of intelligent communication
- Unable to set a schedule
- Unable to change color
- Randomly disconnecting
- Screen bugs (UI flashing)

In the end, I solved the problems by purchasing Govee smart plugs to at least turn the lights on and off. I’m stuck with the same light color.

I am fed up with Nanoleaf. I wish I could forget about the unpleasant experience with them.

Lights work amazing. They're not cheap but they look great.

They were easy for me to set up but I'm pretty tech savvy. A couple issues here and there that basic troubleshooting took care of.

Might cause some minor problems for someone less intune with electronics, but overall they're solid.

everything about it was amazing, except for the controller on the shape pack! it died randomly and isn't responding to any command, hard reset or soft reset, no LEDs and it's powered on
