Sent mix matched of white and black

The triangles they sent for this bundle are white and black. I was sent large ultra black triangles and WHITE mini triangles. From the picture and description I thought they would all be white. I have contacted support about this issue three times now only to be ghosted through emails. It has been three weeks now and the bundle is still in the box.
