They don’t work and there’s no support

I have eight bulbs that will not connect to HomeKit or matter. I have gone back-and-forth with tech-support. All I want are new bulbs and tech-support keeps sending me the same emails with the same requests. Do better!

Homekit recognize, but no scenes programming in homekit

Lucky it did connect to apple homekit. But it is not possible to program scene in homekit. Only solid colour is available in homekit. For this it misses the most important feature for homekit. The Bluetooth version is the worst nightmare I never saw in my whole career of software and design engineer. I have hundred of email of support with Nanoleaf. their software is a total disaster. Disconnection, not able to pair. features that were there (scenes) disappear in new version. Matter and thread in Nanoleaf is... there is no word to describe this flaw.
