Never received the Double Infinity Bundle order for a Christmas present directly from Nano's site for Black Friday. Spend the last 4 week trying to get some resolution from Nano Support and all I get is a "Thank you for your patience....this may take up to 8 weeks to resolve" email from Martha, August and Liana. Ok just refund the purchase, Hello..... (no response) that was last week. KS Fulfillment Center will send whatever they have if you even get it and Nanoleaf will consider it filled. No phone # to call just an autoloop support email that gets you nowhere, surprised we even got to review. Can't imagine how they would remedy when these lights fail. Hello...is this thing on....(tap)(tap).

The lights are beautiful. I like it even more than the white panels. It looks more elegant and melted in the decoration of my living room. But the Nanoleaf app is very buggy. Mostly I could not use the app the control the lights. The app just doesn’t work very well at all.

Wanted a "night light" for my bedroom--something soft, decorative, and eye-catching to put up on the wall. The panels themselves are lovely, though the weird empty corners leave a little to be desired and are especially noticeable if you've got it set brighter. Aesthetically these have a lovely faux-grain and look great on or off. The app is absolutely impossible to use (I don't have a Matter hub, so you might have better luck if you do) but in this particular instance it doesn't matter to me since all I want is a nice, warm, ember glow.

Set up was super easy. Easy to add pieces to already existing art. Everyone loves it. looks like real wood on the wall.

They are kind of a nice accent light, but Nanoleaf shorted me 3 panels and didn't replace them. So points off for giving me less than I paid for. I can live with it since I got them on a Black Friday deal and they had a huge discount.
