Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the Nanoleaf Shop USA ship from either Dayton, NJ or Las Vegas, Nevada (the closest to you which has all of the items ordered in stock).
Any shipping transit estimates provided during checkout specifically refer to the transit time once an order is in possession of the delivery courier (Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, Purolator). Note that these are not guarantees—these are courtesy estimates provided by the courier and based on normal operating conditions. Holidays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen complications related to shipping your order may affect the delivery time. In these cases, we’ll do our best to address any concerns that you may have.
Please also factor in one to two business days processing time at the warehouse before an order ships. Shipping fees paid are nonrefundable once an order ships. Our ability to make corrections to an address is not certain once an order has been placed. Double check that your shipping address and contact information is correct BEFORE submitting payment for an order. If an order is mis-delivered due to an incorrectly provided address during checkout, we will not ship replacement items free of charge.
