We’ve entered the period where all the things that make winter exciting, (i.e Santa Claus and the Holidays), are over, and all we’re left with is less daylight, colder days, longer nights, and of course: the dreaded winter blues.
When we get the winter blues, we’re more prone to lower emotions and energies, and life can seem pretty gloomy while we’re experiencing this. But it doesn’t all have to be bleak and bleary. In fact, it’s possible to overcome it!
The Secret to Avoiding Winter Blues
That’s right, it’s possible to stop the winter blues, and the secret weapon is LIGHTING! Lighting has a huge effect on our moods and emotions – the lack of light has been linked as one of the biggest causes of winter blues
