Arrived damaged, neveer followed through with a replacement

I ordered the 18PK, they are expensive! Half of them arrived damaged, almost like they shipped me someone elses return. I messaged them and intiailly they were responsive and said they would get replacements shipped out, but then they never followed through and here I am with really expensive brand new damaged triangle lights. I would not have spent so much money for a damaged product.
