False advertising

The tiles do not come tougher as depicted and support was not help, started a confusing return process and now I have no response.

PRODUCT WORK FOR A FEW MONTHS BUT STOPPED A YEAR AGO. CONTACTED NANO FOR SUPPORT AND NEVER HEARD BACK.

Didn’t receive the correct product!

I ordered this but was not sent what I ordered! When I received my order, the box was trashed and pieces were poking out. I ordered the 9 black panel kit and in the box was 5 white panels, no mounts not links no adhesive. Not what I ordered. Cannot get a hold of anyone to resolve my issue. Horrible experience. Don’t recommend.

Not working

Just set these up and they’re not turning on at all. Soft and hard reset not working. It’s like it’s completely dead. Tried submitting a ticket and typed in the serial number and it said that I don’t need a replacement. Obviously I do because they’re not working… then I try to do a live chat and that’s not even working. Junk product and company.
