I have NEVER wondered what the point more than when ordering from Nanoleaf - if they wanted me to be more frustrated they could not. I am forced to ask myself are they joking. It is widely known that their light shapes often come tumbling down with the mounting tape they provide. But what is worse is when you search and search for a more secure way to mount. Then buy the mounting kit they recommend (or 3 of them in my case). Then receive them. with no obvious ways too use the new mounts, no instructions and no way of understanding what you are to do with this mismatch of seemingly worthless screws, plastic. shapes and dots. HOW WOULD ANYONE know what to do with this mess of expensive hodg-podg of crap. Try calling you get no response. Try looking for a video and get nothing and go on to reddit and find hundreds of other customers who, like you are asking what is the crap I have spent my money om. Is the slightest bit of instruction to much to ask? NANOLEAF you have prove yourself to be a worthless waist of money, ideas and service. If one person would have at least tried to help I. might feel differently. But.I give up and recommend you do not make the same mistake of trying to make Nanoleaf a part of your life.
