My nanoleaf shapes stopped working a little bit ago, after trying hard/soft resetting it nothing seemed to worked, I changed the connector, move it from where it was supposed to be, even change the shapes from place to see if that was the problem. After trying everything that I could think of, I contacted the tech support and after sending them a video of what happened they send me a replacement controller that literally solve every issue, I just deleted the previous setup/device and conect it again and they are looking pretty again. :)
I’ve been waiting weeks for my replacement part since I have lights that came with a defect. Haven’t been able to use the lights in months. Please help!
My shapes stopped working after about 6 months and so I contacted support. They sent me a mew remote which still didnt fix the problem. The shapes are totally dead and wont’t make any sort of response. I requested a new starter pack and they instead wanted to send me ANOTHER REMOTE. This clearly wasnt the problem and they refused to make this right.
Never received the control . Tried contacting some through the phone and could not find the customer service number.
The customer service team was quick to pinpoint and resolve my issue and the replacement part was delivered within 2 days of the original inquiry.
